I have been wanting to do this for a long time and today we finally did it. It was so fun! The girls loved it, it's like treasure hunting. First we signed up here. Then we found some coordinates by our house, and we were off. So fun and totally free! (Well, besides the gas, and you do need a GPS, of course!)
This is one of the "treasures" we found. You can keep what is inside as long as you have something to replace it with. Or you can just sign the paper and replace everything just how it was. Today we didn't keep anything we found because it was our first time and we wanted to get an idea of what other people hide. Next time we will do some trading. The girls have lots of fun ideas! :)

We did this with mom and it was a lot of fun. We just need to get a GPS thing to do it again. I am glad you guys liked it. Chase wants to do this for his next birthday party.
I have heard of this before. SO FUN!!!! It looks like a perfect family activity :)
Maybe we could try it when we come up.
