Miles' Snickerdoodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 t. vinegar
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
2 3/4 c. flour
3 1/2 T. sugar
3 1/2 t. cinnamon
Cream together butter, shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in vinegar, baking soda, salt and flour until well combined. Make small balls of dough and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Let them sit on the pan for about 5 minutes. Eat. Enjoy!
